However, as a Christian who in my heart always knew there was more to Mary Magdalene and her relationship to Jesus, this book is the treasure I never thought I'd find.I love how this book satisfies the part of me that loves to learn by providing me with theological interpretations of the passages and references to other gospels and teachers/theologians but also satisfies the spiritual side through Meggan's own experiences with Mary Magdalene and the scriptures of her gospel.I found myself highlighting, laughing and crying throughout the book. Highlighting the words I never want to forget, laughing and cheering that the truth will never be suppressed (it rises no matter what) and crying to see confirmation of what my soul already knew.I cannot recommend this enough, and I cannot thank Meggan Watterson enough for allowing her soul voice to be recorded to share these beautiful and transformative words with all of us.
